1. Sr. Sales Executive

Prerequisites: Candidate with good communication & presentation skills & minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience will be preferred. Eager to learn and should be adaptable and flexible.

Job Description:

  • To attend all walk-in enquiries at the site/office
  • Responsible for all the sales activities for the assigned site
  • Pitching of projects to the potential clients & showing them the Site
  • Converting all enquires to clients
  • Following-up with enquiries
  • Taking bookings at site
  • Attending property exhibitions, conferences and corporate meetings

Location: Pune (Chakan/Talegaon)

2. Project Manager

Prerequisites: B.E Civil with 10-15 years of experience in site execution. Excellent time and project management skills. Disciplined, Hardworking, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization's functioning. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS projects is preferable.

Job Description:

  • As the project manager, you will have to plan, budget, oversee and document all the aspects of the project assigned to you.
  • Will have to manage the manpower at site
  • Experience in given technology will be preferred
  • Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew
  • Preparation of progress site reports and presentation for management
  • Coordinating with Architects for timely issues of drawing and clarifications
  • Allocate work to site teams as per schedule.
  • Make necessary daily, weekly, monthly schedules

3. Manager – Sales & Strategic Alliances

Prerequisites: MBA in Marketing with 5+ years of experience in real estate sales. Experience in marketing, strategies, planning, market analysis, advertising, promotion, brand building, exhibitions etc. will be preferred. Confidential in transactions, good personality, mobility is a must. Should be good in sales and develop a deep understanding of the local property market in the shortest possible time, Target oriented.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for closing deals, maintaining customer database
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
  • Generating inquiries through various marketing tools like website, social media.
  • Generating leads through calls \emails. Identifying customer's investment solutions and offering real estate products.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Report on sales activities to top management.
  • Developing sales strategies.
  • Making follow up calls to confirm sales.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation and sales closing.
  • Tie up with new Channel Partners and real estate brokers.
  • Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotions
