Dandekar Bridge ,Pune
The Parvati Temple is one of Pune's historical landmark created by the Peshwas. The 1961 floods which had devastated the western part of the city resulted in a housing crunch for the economically weaker section of the society. The foothills of Pravati hills and adjoining areas became an ideal spot for people to build temporary shelters which led to the creation of shanty towns on both sides of the Sinhagad Road. Under the SRA scheme on this 6.5 acres of land we will construct 1000 permanent self contained dwelling units and commerce generating structures that will bring about a marked improvement in the over- all area.
