Naiknavare & Associates was the first, and remains one of the only, property development companies to provide a full range of property services.

We assist our customers with the sale or lease of their existing premises, and for those making an investment purchase in one of our properties, we help lease the apartment.

Our Property Maintenance Division maintains and manages all our projects for a period of two years after completion. This ensures that owners and residents have immediate and direct access to us, which facilitates the maintenance process and helps preserve the quality and value of your property.
