Questionary for Rental flats
- Is there a guaranteed income, if I plan to rent out a flat in Dwarka?
Yes, we have already put around 750 flats on rent. We have started approaching Chakan MIDC companies for renting out flats in bulk. As Chakan MIDC will be expanding with more industries coming in 2 years from now, there would be an increased demand for residential apartments.
- What is the present rent amount for 1, 2, 3 BHK apartments and 3 BHK row house?
Rent for 1 BHK ranges from Rs. 3500/- to 4000/- while 2 BHK rent falls between Rs 5000/- and 6000/- 3 BHK Apartment rent ranges between Rs. 8000/- to 10000/- while 3 BHK row house on rent will cost Rs 12000/- to 15000/-
- What are the service charges for rental?
We don't charge anything for first time rental service. For second time rental, nominal service charges will be applicable.
- What charges will be applicable to a tenant?
A tenant will have to pay a maintenance of 0.50 paisa per sq. feet monthly to NHDPL and MSEB at actual.

Rental agreement charges are Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for stamp paper and Rs. 500/- legal fees). Notary charges have to be shared between both the parties. At the time of the possession, we will keep a record of all the information of a flat owner with an extra set of flat keys. Understanding the flat owner's requirement about the tenant - whether he prefers renting a flat to a bachelor or a family, we search for the tenants. Once we arrange the tenant, we set a meeting between both the parties. After getting clarity on the financial matters such as deposit, rent and other charges etc., the deal is finalized.
