Its slum rehabilitation and city improvement project. Ramtekdi slums are spread over more than 50 acres. We are involved in rehabilitation of slums on about 15 Acres. The project is designed and being executed under the guide line of Slum Rehabilitation Authority and Pune Municipal Corporation. Consisting of 13 11-storey buildings, rehabilitating some 1200-1500 slum dwellers, we have completed one building and work on other buildings is progressing speedily.

 

Each eligible slum dweller will get a self content pacca house of 25 SqM area along with other civic amenities and community facilities. Project is self financed through TDR and sale of residential and commercial free sale buildings permissibel.
