Urbanization throws up challenges of migration towards cities. Periodical redevelopment of inner cities into expensive commercial hubs also promotes migration of local inhabitants into relatively inexpensive sub urban areas. These two factors have created a need for development of townships replete with all facilities and amenities in the fringe areas of rapidly growing urban cities. Taking these factors into account, we are actively promoting what we call the "Bharat Pattern".
