Our workforce consists of about 75 qualified civil engineers and supervisors, 6 Architects, 14 Architectural & RCC Draughts man, supported by allied departments like purchase, accounts, sales & marketing, property maintenance staff, liaison and administration.
Every member of Naiknavare Developers Pvt. Ltd. plays a vital role in the successful running of the company and their efforts are never unappreciated. The senior most executives of the company provide both guidance and direction, and a little bit about them is set out here.

Over 40 years of Project Management experience in oil and petrochemical companies. Worked in key positions with Indial Oil, NOCIL, and DODSAL.
Is a father figure for the entire organization, with open doors to one and all.
As the Chief Engineer of the Gujarat Refinery, Mr. D.P. Naiknavare was awarded the President’s Medal for successfully completing the construction of the project ahead of schedule. |
