 Mr.
D. P. Naiknavare, Chairman
Education: B.E. (Mechanical and Electrical)
Experience: Over
40 years of Project Management experience in oil and petrochemical
companies. Worked in key positions with INDIAN OIL, NOCIL,
and DODSAL.
Main role:
Is a father figure for the entire organisation, with open doors
to one and all.
Notable:
As the Chief Engineer of the Gujarat Refinery, Mr. D.P.
Naiknavare was awarded the President’s Medal for successfully
completing the construction of the project ahead of schedule.

Naiknavare, Director
Education : B.E. (Civil) and L.L.B.
Experience : Founded Naiknavare & Associates
in Pune in 1986 and drove the growth of the company and the
diversification of the group into chemicals, construction engineering
and the service industry.
Main role : Hemant Naiknavare manages
the legal, land procurement and administrative aspects
of the company.

Engineering) and M.B.A. (Finance)
Experience : Extensive experience in construction
and finance.
Main role : Ranjit Naiknavare runs the
marketing, finance, purchase and construction departments of the company.

Education: B. Arch (Architecture)
Experience : Has worked with widely renowned
architects and builders in Mumbai and Pune
Main role : Gauri Naiknavare is in charge
of architectural department of the company.

of Seasons Service Apartments, the hospitality venture of the

Main role : Mr. Vikas Naiknavare oversees the
operation of Naiknavare Chemicals. |
