| Naiknavare & Associates is a fully integrated real
estate development company headquartered in Pune, India with a staff
strength of more than 200 professionals. We currently have our projects in Pune,
Navi Mumbai and Kolhapur, in the state of Maharashtra.
The company was established in Pune in 1986. Our first project
was a building of 14 one bedroom and 3 two bedroom flats on
a small plot in Tulshibagwale Colony in the Parvati area of
Pune. Over the years, several projects in all parts of
Pune and other cities have been successfully completed.
Our emphasis has always been on efficiency in execution and quality in
construction. With this in mind, we built our corporate
headquarters on Ghole Road in Pune, where all our
divisions such as construction, architectural & RCC
design, sales & property services, legal, liaison etc are
housed under one roof, allowing us efficient planning and
decision making.
In addition to our Pune headquarters, we have a service office
in Mumbai and marketing liaisons with groups in Dubai, Muscat,
Kuwait and the United States.
We are today a widely recognized name with a reputation for
quality of workmanship and integrity in customer relations.
TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
- ALUFORM
With Sylvan Heights, a premier residential scheme
in Aundh, Pune, we became the first Indian real estate
developer to use imported aluminium formwork in our construction.
After experiencing the benefits of the system, we decided to
indegenise and have developed a similar formwork system in India.
In the last few years, Aluform has enabled us to speedily
complete excellent quality projects.

BHARAT PATTERN
Urbanization throws up challenges of migration towards
cities. Periodical redevelopment of inner cities into expensive
commercial hubs also promotes migration of local inhabitants
into relatively inexpensive sub urban areas. These two factors
have created a need for development of townships replete with
all facilities and amenities in the fringe areas of rapidly
growing urban cities. Taking these factors into account, we are
actively promoting what we call the "BHARAT PATTERN".
