Architecture Department
The Architecture Department is responsible for the project design & construction supervision for quality control. A lot of research and surveys are conducted to evolve the most suitable plan to the satisfaction of the management. The finalization process includes landscape designs from reputed landscape architects, in house structural team and services & electrical department input. Our own technology of “Aluform” is integrated with designs for quality construction & faster completion and handing over units to the customers.

Care is taken while planning services, vehicle movement, landscapes & public amenities like club-houses, play equipment, parking garbage disposal for recycling and sewage. Specifications are carefully selected for quality, sustainability & economy. Every project designed by the department has earned environmental rating equivalent to gold certification from MoEF. All our projects are aesthetically superior, sustainable & environmentally friendly.

A digital presentation including walk throughs, 3D views bringing out unique features of the architecture are made to help sales team in marketing products aggressively.
Construction Department
The Construction department focuses on the coordination of all building activities according to budgets. Meeting deadlines, maintaining industry quality standards, ingenious building engineering solutions and legal safety regulations are some of their responsibilities.
Customer Services Department
The company has developed a full-service Property Management department that provides a comprehensive range of property and facility management services for the ever increasing property owners demand to manage their asset and maximize the income potential of their investment.

Electrical Department
The Electrical department is involved with basic and detailed engineering activities such as Electrical services designing, Internal electrical designing, Electrical load calculations, finalisation of elecrical equipments / cables as per the load calculations. They are experienced in the areas of Project Engineering and Management from conception to completion of the building. They are also responsible for liasoning with MSEDCL and keeping a check on the costs of all bought out material.
Electronic Data Processing Department
It is not surprising that communications/networking via Information Technology is regarded in the construction industry as the most important opportunity for the future. Real time information is vital to organizations that have multiple projects. It is here that our EDP department provides the vital link to the organization. With a state-of-the art ERP system and a network that connects all the departments in the organization the EDP department ensures smooth workflow through connectivity. As the nerve centre of the organization the EDP department is at work 24x7.
Finance & Accounts Department
While the finance section is responsible for fund raising, reporting, statutory compliances & audits, project monitoring, the Accounts section is responsible for maintenance of day-to-day transactions of the group concerns, in line with the governing laws and regulations. Vendors’ Help Desk attends and redresses vendors’ issues and greivences.
HR & Administration
The Human Resources Department is responsible for employee recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning etc. The Administration Department provides administrative and clerical support to various departments within the organization.

Liaison Department
This Department’s primary role is to liaison with Government. Offices maintain data & relations with government officials, rules and regulations of the state. They also facilitate project sanctioning from the relevant government authorities like Municipal Corporation, Central Building Dept., Collector Office, Dist. Office, Town Planning & Urban Development Dept. (Mantralaya) SRA & CIDCO.
Legal Department
The department provides legal expertise with a practical focus on current laws prevalent in the construction industry; whether for residential or mixed-use developments, hospitality and leisure facilities. Always with an eye on the commercial objectives, they support the company with a comprehensive knowledge of legal principles underpinning infrastructure and construction projects in the country.
Land Acquisition and Slum Rehabilitation
The Department identifies slum clusters, gets consents from slum dwellers through an interactive process and approvals from SRA, and acquires land. It completes the approval process by getting the Letter of Intent (LOI) from SRA along with the Intimation of Approval (IOA) and Commencement Certificate (CC) with the help of its experienced operations and project management team.

The Purchase Department is responsible for procurement of all construction quality material and ensures that Naiknavare receives the most favorable vendor pricing, vendor development and payment terms

One of the key department of the company, They are responsible for all internal co-ordination tasks within the company. Right from the drawing approvals to the final handing over of the flats this department keeps track of all on goings in the company.

This department was created specifically to handle commercial properties. Its responsibilities include leasing & sales of Retail Space & Commercial Offices and management of day to day operations of the commercial properties.

Structural Department
The Structural Department is responsible for all types of structural design & drawing, keeping in mind the functional aspect of the building and the site constraints. They also coordinate with architects & MEP service consultants to provide the lifeline to the buildings. Material quantification and site visits to ensure minimum wastage and quality checks are undertaken by the team periodically whilst the project is alive.
Sales & Marketing Department
A customer centric approach is the prime focus of our Sales Department. Everything moves around the customer, everything is for the customer and by the customer. The Sales Department has a customer relationship ideology and practice to educate, advice, get feedback from and ultimately give the best to our customers. Through this transparent and open-minded ideology they try to be better and better.
